All hot food is delivered in covered disposable aluminum pans.
Chaffing dishes with sterno (heating element) add $10.00 for each full pan.
Prices are determined by choice of menu, produce seasonality, staffing needs, rental equipment and frequency of service.

We are not trained in specialized diets that require complete elimination of the products listed or others we may not be aware of causing allergies, illness or death.
